About Me


David is an award-wining real estate Broker registered with Union Capital Realty. Since becoming a Realtor in March 2018, David has closed over 65 transactions totaling over $40 million.

Prior to becoming a Broker, David held multiple positions in real estate finance, investment banking and private equity. David has advised on over a billion dollars in real estate finance transactions since 2014.​

David holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University where he specialized Finance and Applied Mathematics. During his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

He was extremely patient with us as we went through our extensive search and pointed out many considerations we would have overlooked if we had viewed the houses ourselves. He was easy to communicate with, quick to reply to e-mails/texts and was always willing to accommodate our busy schedule. The townhouse we ended up purchasing had some potential complications with the shared laneway that could have affected the financing and closing, but with his help negotiating conditions to protect us as buyers and connecting us with the experienced lawyers and lenders familiar with the potential issue, we were able to secure the property for significantly less than market comps.
