About Me


David is an award-winning real estate broker with Union Capital Realty, having completed over 80 transactions worth more than $50M since 2018.


In addition to being a successful broker, David has over 13 years of commercial underwriting experience, having underwritten and funded billions in real estate transactions across various asset classes.  At CFO Capital he has been instrumental in structuring complex financing solutions.


Previously, he worked in investment banking and private equity, advising on acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises across industries like media, technology, and real estate.

David holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, specializing in Finance and Applied Mathematics. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and golfing.

David was professional and easy to work with. We searched for condos prior to covid and took a long break until I was ready to search again. Once I found a unit I liked, he was able to implement a buying strategy which secured the condo at a reasonably price, especially during this hot market. …David was professional and easy to work with. He was extremely patient with us as we went through our extensive search and pointed out many considerations we would have overlooked if we had viewed the houses ourselves. He was easy to communicate with, quick to reply to e-mails/texts and was always willing to accommodate our busy schedule. The townhouse we ended up purchasing had some potential complications with the shared laneway that could have affected the financing and closing, but with his help negotiating conditions to protect us as buyers and connecting us with the experienced lawyers and lenders familiar with the potential issue, we were able to secure the property for significantly less than market comps. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend David.[read more]
